When will my order ship?
In-stock editions (Light and Business) ship within 5 to 7 business days. The Executive is made to order and ships within 7 to 14 business days from your reservation date. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your bag leaves our atelier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us at orders@arrive.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a label has been created we are unable to reroute the shipment.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is lost in transit we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no charge. We ask that you wait 5 business days after the estimated delivery date before reporting a lost parcel.
