Our return policy

Arrivé pieces are made to last decades. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or the natural development of leather patina. These are features, not faults.

We accept returns only when the fault is ours: a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item shipped.

In those cases, we will repair, replace, or refund in full within 30 days of delivery. No questions. No shipping costs.

We cover
  • Manufacturing defects in stitching or leather
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Transit damage (must be reported within 48h)
  • Wrong item shipped
We do not cover
  • Change of mind
  • Natural leather patina and wear
  • Damage caused by misuse or over-packing
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
